Jays Properties Limited was founded in 1958 in Houndsditch, City of London. For over 60 years of trading the businesses core focus has been on buying properties, developing the site, and keeping the finished site as an ongoing investment. To this extend the group have a portfolio of property and in recent years we have used this knowledge and experience to diversify our approach to offer value to landowners.

Our Managing Director, Jim Holding, is a mathematics graduate that worked for many years as software specialist with IBM and as an ICT consultant with Mc Ensue & Co. As well as successful period as Finance Director, at Bovis Homes Limited.

More recently, Jim has focused on growing Jays Properties Limited as a land and development company, now operating under the new company name of JS Homes.
